Abstract[English]
The present invention relates to an insert (300) for a heat exchanger tube (100) for improving the heat transfer efficiency and/or reducing the fouling of the heat exchanger tubes of industrial units, for example units used in the fields of petroleum refining, petrochemistry or chemistry in general. The insert comprises a rotatably movable element having a rotary drive part (30) connected to a rigid helical winding of a metal rod comprising several turns (10). The drive part (30) comprises a shaft (3a) coaxial with the winding and provided with at least two blades (30b) secured to the shaft.[French]
La présente invention concerne un insert (300) pour tube (100) d'échangeur de chaleur pour améliorer l'efficacité de transfert thermique et/ou réduire l'encrassement des tubes d'échangeurs de chaleur d'unités industrielles, par exemple des unités mises en œuvre dans les domaines du raffinage du pétrole, de la pétrochimie ou de la chimie en général. L'insert comporte un élément mobile rotatif comprenant pièce d'entrainement en rotation (30) reliée à un enroulement hélicoïdal rigide d'une tige métallique comprenant plusieurs spires (10). La pièce d'entrainement (30) comporte un arbre (3a) coaxial à l'enroulement et muni d'au moins deux pales (30b) solidaires de l'arbre.
