Abstract[English]
A method for limiting a steering angle (10) of a steering system (50) of a vehicle is disclosed. The vehicle includes a safety device (60) for providing at least one safety value (65) indicative of a maximal lateral acceleration up to which the vehicle can be operated safely. The method includes receiving (S110) the safety value (65); determining (S120), based on the safety value (65), a maximal steering angle (15); and limiting (S130) the steering angle (10) by the determined maximal steering angle (15).[French]
L'invention concerne un procédé de limitation d'un angle de braquage (10) d'un système de direction (50) d'un véhicule. Le véhicule comprend un dispositif de sécurité (60) pour fournir au moins une valeur de sécurité (65) indicative d'une accélération latérale maximale jusqu'à laquelle le véhicule peut fonctionner en toute sécurité. Le procédé comprend la réception (S110) de la valeur de sécurité (65) ; la détermination (S120), sur la base de la valeur de sécurité (65), d'un angle de braquage maximal (15) ; et la limitation (S130) de l'angle de braquage (10) par l'angle de braquage maximal déterminé (15).
