Abstract[English]
An isolated polypeptide for use in medicine in a pregnant woman, wherein the polypeptide comprises a human variant IgG Fc domain having a mutation or combination of mutations with respect to the parent sequence which reduces binding of the Fc domain to any FcyR, and a mutation or combination of mutations with respect to the parent sequence which reduce binding of the Fc domain to FcRn, whereby matemofetal transfer is inhibited with respect to the parent sequence by at least 95% or more, wherein the isolated polypeptide binds endoglin, as well as methods of treatment using the same and compositions of matter compositions encoding or comprising the same.[French]
L'invention concerne un polypeptide isolé destiné à être utilisé en médecine chez une femme enceinte, le polypeptide comprenant un domaine Fc d'IgG variant humain ayant une mutation ou une combinaison de mutations par rapport à la séquence parente qui réduit la liaison du domaine Fc à n'importe quel FcyR, et une mutation ou une combinaison de mutations par rapport à la séquence parente qui réduisent la liaison du domaine Fc au FcRn, le transfert fœto-maternel étant inhibé par rapport à la séquence parente d'au moins 95% ou plus, le polypeptide isolé se liant à l'endogline, ainsi que des méthodes de traitement l'utilisant et des compositions de matière codant pour ou le comprenant.
