Abstract[English]
The invention is related to an electrolysis plant (1) comprising an electrolyser (3), a transformer unit (21) and a rectifier (15a, 15b). The transformer unit (21) comprises a transformer (9,11) and an autotransformer arrangement (19) for receiving power from a grid (25) to supply the electrolyser (3) with electrolysis current. The autotransformer arrangement (19) comprises a first autotransformer (19A) and a second autotransformer (19B) electrically coupled in series so that the first autotransformer (19A) is arranged upstream of the second autotransformer (19B) with its terminals (43) connected to the grid (25) and equipped at its primary winding (39) with a bypass switch (SI) and an step-up switch (S2).The electrolysis plant (1) is enabled to perform a Low-Voltage-Ride-Through (LVRT) operational mode. The invention is further related to a method for operating an electrolysis plant (1), particularly in a LVRT operational mode.[French]
L'invention concerne une installation d'électrolyse (1) comprenant un électrolyseur (3), une unité de transformateur (21) et un redresseur (15a, 15b). L'unité de transformateur (21) comprend un transformateur (9, 11) et un agencement d'autotransformateur (19) destiné à recevoir de l'énergie provenant d'un réseau (25) afin d'alimenter l'électrolyseur (3) en courant d'électrolyse.
