Die Erfindung betrifft das Ansteuern eines Halbleiterschalters. Es ist vorgesehen, zum Ansteuern des Halbleiterschalters eine Spannungshöhe des Ansteuersignals zu variieren. Insbesondere können die Referenzspannungen für das Öffnen bzw. Schließen des Halbleiterschalters variiert werden. Auf diese Weise ist es möglich, für unterschiedliche Betriebszustände unterschiedliche Konfigurationen für die Spannungshöhe des Ansteuersignals einzustellen.[English]
The invention relates to the control of a semiconductor switch. According to the invention, the voltage level of the control signal is varied in order to control the semiconductor switch.
