The invention relates to a reservoir assembly (2) for a drug delivery device (1) for dispensing a liquid drug from a reservoir (3). The reservoir assembly comprises a reservoir holder (30) adapted to be connected to a dispensing mechanism of the delivery device and a coding collar (10) comprising fastening means for connecting the collar non-releasably to a neck portion of the reservoir (3). The collar (10) comprises a coding feature (10). The reservoir assembly (2) further comprises a coding ring (40) comprising a first connecting portion to connect non-releasably the coding ring to the distal end of the reservoir holder (30) and a second connecting portion to connect the coding ring (40) to the collar (10) with the reservoir (3).[French]
