Abstract[English]
This document summarizes the claims for selective depolymerization of polyamides, either pure or in mixtures, for instance textiles, blends, composites, multilayers or complex mixed polymers comprising but not limited to polyamides, polyesters, polycarbonate, cotton, polyurethanes, polyolefins and spandex. The present methods are a solution for the chemical recycling of polyamides either via dissolution (extractive approach) or depolymerization (deconstructive approach), in a way that is no seen in literature. The ways to perform this can be summarized in two approaches: a completely alcoholic medium: ALCHYD+ (Alcoholic acidic hydrolysis) and WALCHYD+ (Aqueous-Alcoholic acidic hydrolysis). With ALCHYD+, selective dissolution and/or depolymerization of polyamides can be performed, whilst with WALCHYD+, one-pot selective depolymerization of polyamides can be performed.[French]
Ce document concerne la dépolymérisation sélective de polyamides, purs ou en mélanges, par exemple sous la forme de textiles, mélanges, composites, multicouches ou polymères mixtes complexes comprenant, mais sans s'y limiter, des polyamides, des polyesters, du polycarbonate, du coton, des polyuréthanes, des polyoléfines et de l'élasthanne. Les présents procédés constituent une solution de recyclage chimique des polyamides soit par dissolution (méthode extractive) soit par dépolymérisation (méthode déconstructive), selon des modalités non encore décrites dans la littérature. Les modalités de mise en œuvre de cette solution peuvent être résumées sous la forme de deux méthodes : un milieu complètement alcoolique : ALCHYD+ (hydrolyse acide alcoolique) et WALCHYD+ (hydrolyse acide hydroalcoolique). Avec l'ALCHYD+, une dissolution et/ou une dépolymérisation sélective des polyamides peuvent être effectuées, tandis qu'avec la méthode WALCHYD+, une dépolymérisation sélective monotope des polyamides peut être effectuée.
