La présente invention concerne un dispositif de gestion de communication sur un réseau sur lequel au moins un premier terminal (C1) est connecté ledit dispositif de gestion étant configuré pour : - recevoir dudit premier terminal (C1) au moins une information relative à un état énergétique dudit terminal (C1) connecté sur ledit réseau à travers une première interface, - transmettre audit premier terminal (C1), en fonction au moins de ladite information relative à un état énergétique dudit premier terminal (C1), au moins une information de connexion pour permettre audit premier terminal (C1) de se connecter audit réseau à travers une seconde interface.
