Abstract[English]
The invention relates to a method for extracting a compound to be extracted, selected from among an alcohol and a carboxylic acid, from an aqueous solution by forming an ester in the presence of at least one reactant selected from among a carboxylic acid and an alcohol and of an enzyme catalyst, characterised in that the reaction mixture is in the form of a Pickering emulsion comprising at least a first water phase and an oil phase, the oil phase comprising at least one extraction solvent, wherein the ester formed in the oil phase is then hydrolysed in order to recover the compound to be extracted.[French]
Procédé d'extraction d'un composé à extraire choisi parmi un alcool ou un acide carboxylique d'une solution aqueuse par formation d'un ester en présence d'au moins un réactif choisi parmi un acide carboxylique ou un alcool et d'un catalyseur enzymatique, caractérisé en ce que le mélange réactionnel se présente sous la forme d'une émulsion de Pickering comprenant au moins une première phase eau et une phase huile, ladite phase huile comprenant au moins un solvant d'extraction, le dit ester formé dans la phase huile est ensuite hydrolysé pour récupérer ledit composé à extraire.
