Abstract[English]
The present invention relates to a process for producing a recycled catalyst support comprising at least one group VIII metal M1 and comprising no group VIB metal, said process comprising the recycling of at least part of one or the other or both constituent elements of a source catalyst, namely the support and the metal M1, preferably from group VIII, comprising at least one step of removing at least some of the carbon present on the source catalyst by washing and/or heat treatment at a temperature of less than 300°C, using an extraction solution to extract the metal M1 from said catalyst to give a solution of extracted metal(s) and a metal(s)-depleted catalyst, a step of preparing a "stabilized" catalyst support, and at least one step of impregnating the support with a fresh solution of group VIII metal.[French]
La présente invention concerne un procédé de production d'un support de catalyseur recyclé comprenant au moins un métal M1 du groupe VIII et ne comprenant pas de métal du groupe VIB comprend le recyclage d'au moins une partie de l'un ou l'autre ou les deux éléments constitutifs d'un catalyseur source que sont le support ou le métal M1, de préférence du groupe VIII, comprenant au moins une étape d'élimination d'au moins une partie du carbone présent sur le catalyseur source par lavage et/ou traitement thermique à une température inférieure à 300°C, une extraction par une solution d'extraction du métal M1 dudit catalyseur pour obtenir une solution de métal/métaux extrait(s) et un catalyseur appauvri en métal/métaux, une étape de préparation d'un support dit « stabilisé » de catalyseur et au moins une étape d'imprégnation du support par une solution de métal du groupe VIII fraiche.
