Abstract[English]
The present invention relates to the field of recovering carbonaceous materials of the carbon black type, in particular carbon blacks referred to as "recovered" carbon blacks (rCB) by means of a method for the solvolysis of used elastomers. It relates to a method for preparing recovered carbon black by means of a method for the solvolysis of used elastomers, which involves recycling a hydrocarbon cut comprising aromatic compounds, followed by a step of centrifuging the solvolysis effluent and carrying out conduction drying in order to obtain the recovered carbon black.[French]
La présente invention se rapporte au domaine de la récupération de matériaux carbonés de type noir de carbone, notamment aux noirs de carbone dits « récupérés » (ou rCB pour « recovered carbon black » selon la terminologie anglo-saxonne) par un procédé de solvolyse d’élastomères usagés. Elle concerne un procédé de préparation de noir de carbone récupéré via un procédé de solvolyse d’élastomères usagés avec recycle d’une coupe hydrocarbonée comprenant des composés aromatiques, suivi d’une étape de centrifugation de l’effluent de solvolyse et de séchage par conduction pour obtenir le noir de carbone récupéré.
