Die Energie des elektrischen Feldes, welche den Oberflächen (3, 4, 5) jeweils zugeführt wird, wird geregelt oder gesteuert.[English]
The invention relates to a method and a device (1) for processing surfaces (3, 4, 5), wherein an electric field is applied between at least two surfaces (3, 4, 5) in a common gas-tight housing (2), at a gas pressure inside the housing (2) which is lower than the ambient pressure around the housing (2).
