The invention relates to an oil-in-water emulsion (O/W emulsion) containing 70-80 wt.% water, based on the total weight of the preparation, 5-10 wt.% lipids, based on the total weight of the preparation, 2-8 wt.% glycerol, based on the total weight of the preparation, one or more emulsifiers, and one or more polymers, for the cosmetic and/or dermatological treatment of atopic dermatitis.[French]
