Abstract[English]
The present invention relates to a method for treating a plastic feedstock, comprising: a) a step of dissolving the plastic feedstock in a dissolution solvent comprising a recycled solvent stream, to obtain a crude polymer solution, b) a step of purifying the crude polymer solution, then c) a solvent-polymer separation step to obtain a stream of purified thermoplastics, including a series of gas-liquid separation sections, each producing a liquid effluent, which comprises the targeted thermoplastics, and a gaseous effluent which comprises dissolution solvent, d) a dissolution solvent recycling step, comprising: d1) topping of at least a fraction of the gaseous effluent from the first gas-liquid separation section, and/or d2) tailing of at least a fraction of the gaseous effluent from the last gas-liquid separation section. The present invention also relates to a device for performing said treatment method.[French]
La présente invention concerne un procédé de traitement d'une charge plastique, comprenant : a) une étape de dissolution de la charge plastique dans un solvant de dissolution comprenant un flux de solvant recyclé, pour obtenir une solution polymère brute, b) une étape de purification de la solution polymère brute, puis c) une étape de séparation solvant-polymère pour obtenir un flux de thermoplastiques purifiés, mettant en œuvre une série de sections de séparation gaz-liquide, chacune produisant un effluent liquide, qui comprend les thermoplastiques visés, et un effluent gaz qui comprend du solvant de dissolution, d) une étape de recyclage du solvant de dissolution, comprenant : d1) un étêtage d'au moins une fraction de l'effluent gaz issu de la première section de séparation gaz-liquide, et/ou d2) un équeutage d'au moins une fraction de l'effluent gaz issu de la dernière section de séparation gaz-liquide. La présente invention concerne aussi un dispositif pour mettre en œuvre ledit procédé de traitement.
