Die Erfindung betrifft eine Geschirrspülzusammensetzung zum Reinigen von Geschirr, enthaltend zwischen 22 Gew.-% und 60 Gew.-% einer Aminotricarbonsäure und/oder eines Salzes davon, wobei die Aminotricarbonsäure die allgemeine Formel (I) besitzt (I), in welcher - R1, R2 und R3 unabhängig voneinander eine unsubstituierte Alkylgruppe oder eine substituierte Alkylgruppe mit der Kettenlänge C1 bis C4 ist; - n 0 oder 1 ist; und - X ist ein organischer Substituent ist, insbesondere Methyl, Ethyl oder eine Kombination hieraus. Die Erfindung betrifft weiterhin ein Verfahren zum Spülen von Geschirr sowie eine Geschirrspülmaschine zur Verwendung der Geschirrspülzusammensetzung bzw. zur Durchführung des Verfahrens.[English]
The invention relates to a dishwashing composition for cleaning dishware, containing between 22 wt% and 60 wt% of an aminotricarboxylic acid and/or a salt thereof, wherein the aminotricarboxylic acid has the general formula (I) in which R1, R2 and R3 independently of one another are an unsubstituted alkyl group or a substituted alkyl group having chain length C1 to C4; n is 0 or 1; and X is an organic substituent, in particular methyl, ethyl or a combination thereof. The invention further relates to a method of washing dishware and to a machine dishwasher for using the dishwashing composition or for implementing the method.[French]
L'invention concerne une composition de lavage de vaisselle pour nettoyer la vaisselle, contenant entre 22 % en poids et 60 % en poids d'un acide aminotricarboxylique et/ou d'un sel de celui-ci, l'acide aminotricarboxylique ayant la formule générale (I) dans laquelle R1, R2 et R3 sont indépendamment les uns des autres un groupe alkyle non substitué ou un groupe alkyle substitué ayant une longueur de chaîne C1 à C4 ; n vaut 0 ou 1 ; et X est un substituant organique, en particulier le méthyle, l'éthyle ou une combinaison de ceux-ci.
