L'invention concerne un procédé de réception par un équipement utilisateur (3) d'au moins un message de contrôle émis par un point d'accès (2) à antennes multiples d'un réseau (NW-5G), dans lequel ledit au moins un message de contrôle comprend, pour au moins un port d'antenne parmi NT≥2 ports d'antenne du point d'accès, une information représentative d'une énergie par élément de ressource maximale admissible par ce port d'antenne pour transmettre des signaux de données à l'équipement utilisateur.
