The present invention relates to a paper making machine, comprising a forming section (101) for forming a fibrous web (W) from stock injected from a head box into a forming nip (FN) and a drying section (102) The drying section comprises a structured fabric (10) transporting the fibrous web (W), a Yankee drying cylinder (20) and a press arrangement (30) arranged to form an extended press nip that is a transfer nip (TN) with the Yankee drying cylinder (20) where the fibrous web (W) is transferred from the structured fabric (10) to the Yankee drying cylinder (20). The press arrangement (30) comprises a press body (31) arranged to extend against the Yankee drying cylinder (20) into the transfer nip (TN) formed between the press body (31) and the Yankee drying cylinder (20), wherein the press arrangement (30) also comprises an actuator (32) for extending the press body (31) into the transfer nip (TN) in order to load the transfer nip (TN).
