The invention relates to a method (100) for preprocessing sensor data to provide a training feature for training a machine learning model, comprising the following steps: - Providing (101) the sensor data, the sensor data resulting from an acquisition of at least one sensor (1), - Extracting (102) features from the sensor data using a wavelet decomposition of the sensor data, the extracted features being invariant to a die-to-die variation of the at least one sensor (1), - Providing (103) the training feature based on the extracted features.
