Automotive structural part comprising a fiber reinforced thermoplastic core, and a first and a second skin, whereby the first and second skins cover opposite surfaces of the core thereby forming a sandwich and further comprising at least one protrusion raised above at least one of the skin surfaces facing away from the core and whereby the protrusion comprises core material, and whereby the skin at least in the area of the protrusion on its surface, consists of a filament mesh comprising macroscopic openings.[French]
L'invention concerne une pièce structurale d'automobile comprenant un noyau thermoplastique renforcé par des fibres, et une première et une deuxième peau, les première et deuxième peaux recouvrant des surfaces opposées du noyau formant ainsi un sandwich et comprenant en outre au moins une saillie surélevée au-dessus d'au moins l'une des surfaces de peau opposée au noyau et la saillie comprenant un matériau de noyau, et la peau au moins au niveau de la saillie sur sa surface étant constituée d'un maillage de filaments comprenant des ouvertures macroscopiques.
