Die Halteplatte (2) umfasst eine Grundplatte (2a) mit einer Oberseite, einer Unterseite und einer Durchtrittsöffnung (14) von der Oberseite zur Unterseite, und ein Klemmelement zum Herstellen einer Klemmverbindung zwischen der Halteplatte und der Haltevorrichtung, wobei das Klemmelement (6) an der Oberseite der Grundplatte, der Unterseite der Grundplatte und/oder seitlich an der Grundplatte angeordnet ist, und wobei das Klemmelement eine höhere Elastizität als die Grundplatte aufweist.
