Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Wickelvorrichtung (1) zum Umwickeln von mit Artikeln beladenen Paletten (P) mit einer von einer Folienspule (F) abziehbaren Folie, wobei die Wickelvorrichtung (1) zumindest ein Traggestell (3) mit einem daran um eine Drehachse (RA) rotierbar angeordneten Wickelarm (4) mit einer Abwickeleinheit (5) aufweist, wobei die Abwickeleinheit (5) des rotierbaren Wickelarms (4) zumindest ein Spulenfutter (6) zum tragenden Aufnehmen der Folienspule (F) und zumindest eine Rollenanordnung (7) zum Führen der Folie während des Wickelns aufweist, wobei zum Halten der Artikel auf der Palette (P) eine hub- und senkbewegliche Andrückvorrichtung (10) vorgesehen ist, die wenigstens eine Andrückplatte (12) mit einem Hubantrieb (14) aufweist, wobei der Hubantrieb (14) durch einen mit der Andrückplatte(12) gekoppelten Pneumatikzylinder (16) mit einem Zylinderkolben (18) gebildet ist, der in seiner Längserstreckung koaxial zur Drehachse (RA) angeordnet ist und sich zumindest abschnittsweise durch eine Durchgangsöffnung (20) in dem Wickelarm (4) erstreckt, und wobei der Pneumatikzylinder (16) an seinem der Andrückplatte (12) abgewandten Ende (16.1) drehfest an dem Traggestell (3) angeordnet ist.[English]
