Abstract[English]
A plant and a process for the synthesis of methanol from a hydrocarbon feedstock are provided. The plant comprises, inter alia, a saturation section. The plant is arranged to mix at least a portion of the recycle liquid stream from the saturation section with at least a portion of the excess water stream from the methanol distillation section, and to provide a mixed recycle stream. The plant is further arranged to heat the mixed recycle stream by means of heat exchange with a steam stream generated elsewhere in the plant.[French]
L'invention concerne une installation et un procédé de synthèse de méthanol à partir d'une charge d'alimentation hydrocarbonée. L'installation comprend, entre autres, une section de saturation. L'installation est conçue pour le mélange d'au moins une partie du flux de liquide de recyclage provenant de la section de saturation avec au moins une partie du flux d'eau en excès provenant de la section de distillation de méthanol, et pour produire un flux de recyclage mixte. L'installation est en outre conçue pour chauffer le flux de recyclage mixte au moyen d'un échange de chaleur avec un flux de vapeur généré ailleurs dans l'installation.
