Ein Versorgungseingang (36) einer Steuereinheit (24) ist mit dem ersten Anschluss (12) mittels eines Sperrwandlers (34) verbunden ist, der eine mit dem ersten Anschluss (12) elektrisch kontaktierte Primärspule (40) und eine mit dem Versorgungseingang (36) elektrisch kontaktierte Sekundärspule (46) aufweist. Parallel zu der Sekundärspule (46) ist ein Spannungsprüfer (54) geschaltet, der mit einem Überwachungseingang (38) der Steuereinheit (24) kontaktiert ist.
