Abstract[English]
The invention relates to a dose setting mechanism for a drug delivery device (1) for dispensing a liquid drug from a reservoir (3) through an injection needle. The dose setting mechanism includes a housing (10) having a central axis and comprising a lateral window (11) and an indication member (30) movable relative to the housing and comprising an indication (32) representing a dose value. The indication (32) is visible from outside through the window (11). The dose setting mechanism further includes a magnifying lens (52) adapted to provide a magnified view of the indication (32) and positioned in a second lateral window (21) and integrated in the insert (20) wherein a maximum radial dimension measured from the central axis to an outer surface of the magnifying lens is equal or less than a radial dimension from the central axis to an inner surface of the housing (10).[French]
L'invention concerne un mécanisme de réglage de dose destiné à un dispositif d'administration de médicament (1) permettant de distribuer un médicament liquide à partir d'un réservoir (3) à travers une aiguille d'injection. Le mécanisme de réglage de dose comprend un boîtier (10) présentant un axe central et comprenant une fenêtre latérale (11) et un élément d'indication (30) mobile par rapport au boîtier et comprenant une indication (32) représentant une valeur de dose. L'indication (32) est visible depuis l'extérieur à travers la fenêtre (11).
