Examples present a method for managing the advertisement of routing paths by a current router of a network comprising a plurality of routers, the method comprising: - determining (110) one or more durations (dx) for which a given routing path (Rx) to a destination of the network is kept in a routing table of a current router; upon detection of updating of the given routing path (Rx) in the routing table of the current router: - estimating (120) a stability of the given routing path (Rx), on the basis of the determination (110) of the one or more durations (dx); and - deciding (130) to transmit or not transmit an advertisement of the given routing path (Rx) to at least one neighboring router of the current router based on the estimate (120) of the stability of the given routing path.[French]
