Die vorgeschlagene Lösung betrifft einen Fahrzeugsitz (1A-1E) für ein Fahrzeug (2), umfassend: ein Sitzteil (10), eine Rückenlehne (11), eine Basis (12) und einen Tragmechanismus (13A-13E) mit einem vorderen Kopplungselement und einem hinteren Kopplungselement über welche das Sitzteil (10) und die Rückenlehne (11) an der Basis (12) abgestützt sind, wobei das hintere Kopplungselement näher zur Rückenlehne (11) angeordnet ist als das vordere Kopplungselement, wobei das Sitzteil (10) und die Rückenlehne (11) mittels des Tragmechanismus (13) von einer aufrechten Sitzposition (AP) in eine weiter nach hinten geneigte Relaxposition (RP) bewegbar sind, wobei am hinteren Kopplungselement eine blockierte Führung (F) vorgesehen ist, welche derart freigebbar ist, dass das Sitzteil (10) und die Rückenlehne (11) durch die Führung (F) geführt aus der Relaxposition (RP) in eine relativ zur Basis (12) aufrechtere Sicherheitsposition (SP) bewegbar sind.[English]
