Abstract[English] The invention relates to antigen-binding polypeptides specifically binding neuraminidase and/or haemagglutinin protein from Influenza B virus resulting in broadly neutralizing IBV antigen-binding polypeptides or antibodies. More specifically the invention relates to immunoglobulin single variable domains specifically binding NA or HA, which upon fusion to bispecific antigen-binding proteins provide for a broader and improved neutralization capacity as compared to a combination of IBV NA- and HA- targeting ISVDs or antibodies.
