Die Erfindung betrifft eine Messeinrichtung für Vorspannkräfte und/oder Drehmomente an Schraubverbindungen, umfassend einen drehfest in eine Messhülse (2) eingesteckten topfförmiges Klemmeinsatz (1) zur zumindest teilweisen Aufnahme des Schraubenkopfes (10) einer Schraube (11), dessen Außenrand (3) stirnseitig der Messhülse (2) zur Anlage kommt, welche sich andererseits an einen Mutteraufnahmeeinsatz (4) für eine mit der Schraube (11) zusammenwirkende Referenzmutter (12) drehfest abstützt, wobei eine Dehnmessstreifenanordnung (DMS) zur Messung der Vorspannkräfte und/oder Drehmomente auf die Messhülse (2) aufgebracht ist.[English]
The invention relates to a measuring device for preload forces and/or torques on screw connections, comprising a pot-type clamping insert (1), inserted into a measuring sleeve (2) for conjoint rotation, for at least partly receiving the screw head (10) of a screw (11), the outer periphery (3) of which comes to bear against the end face of the measuring sleeve (2) which, at the other end, is supported for conjoint rotation on a nut receiving insert (4) for a reference nut (12) cooperating with the screw (11), wherein a strain gauge arrangement (DMS) for measuring the preload forces and/or torques is attached to the measuring sleeve (2).[French]
