Abstract[English]
A needle unit adapted to be mounted on a drug delivery device, comprising a needle hub with a mounting coupling, and a shield in which the needle hub is arranged. The shield is axially moveable relative to the needle hub between an initial extended position in which the shield axially covers the needle distal end, a retracted proximal position in which the needle distal end protrudes from the shield, and a locked extended position in which the shield covers the needle distal end. The shield comprises an indicator window, and the needle hub comprises an indicator marker. The shield comprises guide means allowing it to be mounted axially moveable but non-rotatable on the drug delivery device. The indicator marker is not visible through the indicator window when the shield is in the initial extended position, but visible through the window when the shield is in the locked extended position.[French]
L'invention concerne une unité d'aiguille conçue pour être montée sur un dispositif d'administration de médicament, comprenant une embase d'aiguille avec un raccord de montage, et une protection dans laquelle est agencée l'embase d'aiguille.
