The present description relates to assistance implemented by a computing device, comprising: - establishing a current semantic graph of a text obtained from a current assistance request message (S34) received by the computing device, - searching for at least one graph similar to the current semantic graph (S36), in a business knowledge database (BDD) listing process steps associated with semantic graphs, in order to identify a process step (S37) corresponding to the current message, and - generating a signal (SIG) comprising recommendation data (S39) relating at least to the identified step.[French]
La présente description concerne une assistance mise en œuvre par un dispositif informatique, comportant : - établir un graphe sémantique courant d'un texte obtenu à partir d'un message courant (S34), de demande d'assistance que reçoit ledit dispositif informatique, - rechercher, dans une base de données (BDD) de connaissances métier répertoriant des étapes de processus en correspondance de graphes sémantiques, au moins un graphe similaire au graphe sémantique courant (S36), pour identifier une étape de processus (S37) correspondant au message courant, et - générer un signal (SIG) comprenant des données de recommandations (S39) relatives au moins à l'étape identifiée.
