The guide rod (308) is secured to the holder (304) to retain the drive member (302) in the bore (303) between a distally facing surface (309) of the plunger rod (300) and a proximally facing surface (311) of the guide rod (308).[French] L'invention concerne un dispositif d'administration de médicament (100) comprenant un sous-ensemble (214) comprenant un élément d'entraînement (302) qui est un ressort de compression hélicoïdal, une tige de piston (300), un support (304) et une tige de guidage (308).
