Abstract[English]
The present disclosure is directed to a method for debonding a bonded article, said method comprising the steps of: a) providing a bonded article comprising at least one layer of a first adhesive interposed between two substrate surfaces, said bonded article being further provided with at least one layer of a second adhesive which is interposed between said two substrate surfaces, wherein: the or each layer of first adhesive has a dry film thickness of from 10 to 500 μm; and, said first adhesive is a polyurethane adhesive selected from aqueous polyurethane dispersion adhesives and polyurethane hot melt adhesives; b) treating the bonded article at a temperature of from 20 to 90°C with a solution in a polar solvent of at least one compound selected from the group consisting of: C10 to C26 fatty acids; salts of C10 to C26 fatty acids; and, C1-C4 alkyl esters of C10 to C26 fatty acids, wherein said solution has a pH of from 3 to 14; and, c) separating said at least one layer of first adhesive from its interposition between said two substrate surfaces.[French]
La présente divulgation concerne un procédé de décollement d'un article collé, ledit procédé comprenant les étapes consistant à : a) fournir un article collé comprenant au moins une couche d'un premier adhésif interposée entre deux surfaces de substrat, ledit article collé étant en outre pourvu d'au moins une couche d'un second adhésif qui est interposée entre lesdites surfaces de substrat, la ou chaque couche du premier adhésif présentant une épaisseur de film sec comprise entre 10 et 500 µm ; et ledit premier adhésif étant un adhésif de polyuréthane choisi parmi des adhésifs de dispersion de polyuréthane aqueux et des adhésifs de polyuréthane thermofusibles ; b) traiter l'article collé à une température comprise entre 20 et 90 °C au moyen d'une solution dans un solvant polaire d'au moins un composé choisi dans le groupe constitué par : des acides gras en C10 à C26 ; des sels d'acides gras en C10 à C26 ; et des esters d'alkyle en C1 à C4 d'acides gras en C10 à C26, ladite solution présentant un pH compris entre 3 et 14 ; et c) séparer ladite couche du premier adhésif de son interposition entre lesdites surfaces de substrat.
