Abstract[English]
The invention relates to the pickup of acoustic signals, in particular three-dimensional acoustic signals. One subject of the invention is an acoustic signal pickup system comprising: - at least one optical fibre having a predefined shape, the optical fibre being able to pick up acoustic signal waves along the optical fibre; and - an optoelectronic detector connected to the at least one optical fibre. Thus, not only is the range of wavelengths able to be picked up greater, but the frequency limit is also lifted because the optical fibre constitutes a continuous microphone array able to pick up an acoustic signal at any point of the optical fibre. Furthermore, since the optical fibre constitutes a continuous microphone array, it offers freedom not only in terms of geometry but also in terms of adapting the geometry of the microphone array at all times depending on characteristics of the acoustic signals.[French]
L'invention concerne la captation de signaux acoustiques, notamment de signaux acoustiques tridimensionnels. Un objet de l'invention est un système de captation de signaux acoustiques comportant: - au moins une fibre optique ayant une forme prédéfinie, la fibre optique étant apte à capter des ondes de signaux acoustiques le long de la fibre optique; et - un détecteur optoélectronique connecté à la au moins une fibre optique. Ainsi, non seulement la gamme des longueurs d'ondes captables est plus importante mais la limite de fréquence est aussi levée car la fibre optique constitue un réseau microphonique continu apte à capter un signal acoustique en tout point de la fibre optique. En outre, la fibre optique constituant un réseau microphonique continu, elle offre une liberté non seulement de la géométrie mais aussi d'adaptation de la géométrie du réseau microphonique à tout moment en fonction de caractéristiques des signaux acoustiques.
