Die Erfindung betrifft eine Applikationsvorrichtung (10) für die Herstellung und Applikation von mehrkomponentigen bahnförmigen Klebeelementen (12), umfassend: i) eine erste Rollenaufnahme (14) die dazu eingerichtet ist, dass eine mit einem ersten bahnförmigem Klebelement (16) befüllte erste Klebebandrolle (18) rotierbar in der ersten Rollenaufnahme (14) angeordnet werden kann, ii) eine zweite Rollenaufnahme (20) die dazu eingerichtet ist, dass eine mit einem zweiten bahnförmigem Klebelement (22) befüllte zweite Klebebandrolle (24) rotierbar in der zweiten Rollenaufnahme (20) angeordnet werden kann, iii) eine Führungsanordnung (26) mit einem Applikationselement (28) wobei die Führungsanordnung (26) dazu eingerichtet ist, das erste bahnförmige Klebelement (16) von einer in der erste Rollenaufnahme (14) angeordneten ersten Klebebandrolle (18) und das zweite bahnförmige Klebelement (22) von einer in der zweiten Rollenaufnahme (20) angeordneten zweiten Klebebandrolle (24) zu dem Applikationselement (28) zu führen und diese in einem Verbindungsbereich (30) zur Herstellung eines mehrkomponentigen bahnförmigen Klebeelements (12) miteinander zu verbinden, wobei die Applikationsvorrichtung (10) dazu eingerichtet ist, das hergestellte mehrkomponentige bahnförmige Klebeelement (12) nach dem Verbindungsbereich (30) zumindest einmal umzulenken.[English]
