A method of controlling a medicament delivery device, the method comprising the following steps with the following order: receiving a value of a predetermined moving speed of a plunger rod of the medicament delivery device; receiving a value of a predetermined moving distance of the plunger rod; moving the plunger rod with the predetermined moving speed; detecting a reaction force received by the plunger rod; measuring an expelled volume by the plunger rod when the detected reaction force is lower than a predetermined value; stopping measuring the expelled volume by the plunger rod when detected reaction force is higher than the predetermined value; calculating a value of a distance with the measured expelled volume by the plunger rod and the value of the predetermined moving speed of the plunger rod; stopping the movement of the plunger rod when the plunger rod has moved the calculated distance and the predetermined moving distance.[French]
L'invention concerne un procédé de commande d'un dispositif d'administration de médicament, le procédé comprenant les étapes suivantes avec l'ordre suivant : la réception d’une valeur d'une vitesse de déplacement prédéterminée d'une tige de piston du dispositif d'administration de médicament ; la réception d’une valeur d'une distance de déplacement prédéterminée de la tige de piston ; le déplacement de la tige de piston avec la vitesse de déplacement prédéterminée ; la détection d’une force de réaction reçue par la tige de piston ; la mesure d’un volume expulsé par la tige de piston lorsque la force de réaction détectée est inférieure à une valeur prédéterminée ; l’arrêt de la mesure du volume expulsé par la tige de piston lorsque la force de réaction détectée est supérieure à la valeur prédéterminée ; le calcul d’une valeur d'une distance avec le volume expulsé mesuré par la tige de piston et la valeur de la vitesse de déplacement prédéterminée de la tige de piston ; l’arrêt du mouvement de la tige de piston lorsque la tige de piston a déplacé la distance calculée et la distance de déplacement prédéterminée.
