Abstract[English]
The invention relates to highly water soluble enzyme granulates suitable for e.g. animal feed and a method for preparing the granulates. The granulates have a high enzyme content, low dust, high dispersibility in water and high flowability, and may be prepared using a fluidized bed process.[French]
L'invention concerne des granulés enzymatiques hautement solubles dans l'eau appropriés pour, par exemple, un aliment pour animaux, et un procédé de préparation des granulés. Les granulés ont une teneur en enzyme élevée, un faible dégagement de poussière, une dispersibilité dans l'eau élevée et une aptitude à l'écoulement élevée, et peuvent être préparés à l'aide d'un procédé à lit fluidisé.
