Abstract[English]
A polypeptide comprising a binder, the binder having a binding affinity to Sortilin-1 (Sort1) receptor and constructs thereof. The Sort1 binder capable of binding to the Sort1 receptor when the Sort1 receptor is in a protonated state, and wherein the polypeptide is further capable of being released from the Sort1 receptor when the Sort1 receptor is in a deprotonated state. The constructs a binder moiety and a cargo moiety, the cargo moiety linked to the binder moiety via a linker, the binder moiety being capable of binding to a Sortilin-1 (Sort1) receptor. The Sort1 binder and/or the construct comprising the Sort1 binder of use in promoting internalization a cargo, internalization of a therapeutic agent or extracellular protein degradation.[French]
L'invention concerne un polypeptide comprenant un liant, le liant ayant une affinité de liaison au récepteur de la sortiline-1 (Sort1) et des constructions de celui-ci. Le liant Sort1 capable de se lier au récepteur Sort1 lorsque le récepteur Sort1 est dans un état protoné, et le polypeptide pouvant en outre être libéré du récepteur Sort1 lorsque le récepteur Sort1 est dans un état déprotoné. Les constructions comprennent une fraction de liant et une fraction cargo, la fraction cargo étant liée à la fraction de liant par l'intermédiaire d'un lieur, la fraction de liant étant capable de se lier à un récepteur de sortiline-1 (Sort1).
