Die Erfindung betrifft weiterhin Verfahren zur Herstellung von teilsulfoniertem Polyphenylensulfon (1), ein Verfahren (400) zur Herstellung einer katalysatorbeschichteten Membran (10) für eine elektrochemische Zelle und eine PEM-Membrananordnung mit einer katalysatorbeschichteten Membran (10).[English]
The invention relates to a method (100) for preparing a reactant for partial sulphonation of polyphenylene sulphone, the method having the following steps: S1: introducing polyphenylene sulphone into sulphuric acid at least up to the solubility limit and S2: separating undissolved constituents to obtain the reactant. L'invention concerne un procédé (100) permettant de préparer un réactif de sulfonation partielle de polyphénylène sulfone qui comprend les étapes suivantes : S1 : introduire du polyphénylène sulfone dans de l'acide sulfurique au moins jusqu'à la limite de solubilité et S2 : séparer des composants non dissous pour obtenir le réactif. L'invention concerne en outre un procédé de préparation de polyphénylène sulfone partiellement sulfoné (1), un procédé (400) de fabrication d'une membrane à revêtement catalytique (10) pour une cellule électrochimique et un ensemble membrane PEM muni d'une membrane à revêtement catalytique (10).
