Die Erfindung betrifft ein MEMS-Anordnung, aufweisend: eine Membran und eine erste feststehende Gegenelektrode, wobei die erste Gegenelektrode einrichtet ist, bei Anlegen einer ersten elektrischen Spannung zwischen Membran und erster Gegenelektrode eine erste elektrostatische Kraft auf die Membran zu erzeugen, um eine bei Auslenkung der Membran in Richtung der ersten Gegenelektrode erzeugte Rückstellkraft der Membran zu reduzieren. Die Erfindung betrifft weiter ein Verfahren zum Betreiben der MEMS-Anordnung.[English]
The invention relates to a MEMS arrangement comprising: a membrane and a first fixed counter electrode, wherein the first counter electrode is designed to generate a first electrostatic force on the membrane when a first electric voltage is applied between the membrane and first counter electrode, in order to reduce the restoring force of the membrane generated when the membrane is deflected in the direction of the first counter electrode. The invention additionally relates to a method for operating the MEMS arrangement.[French]
L'invention concerne un agencement MEMS comprenant : une membrane et une première contre-électrode fixe, la première contre-électrode étant conçue pour générer une première force électrostatique sur la membrane lorsqu'une première tension électrique est appliquée entre la membrane et la première contre-électrode, afin de réduire la force de rappel de la membrane générée lorsque la membrane est déviée dans la direction de la première contre-électrode. L'invention concerne en outre un procédé de fonctionnement de l'agencement MEMS.
