Abstract[English]
The present disclosure relates to the field of electronics component handling, in particular to the separation of an individual electronics component from a flexible, adhesive film positioned on a support platform with the use of an ejector needle and a component pick up unit. A control unit operates at least the component pick up unit and the at least one ejector needle, such, that, in a first operational condition with the flexible, adhesive film accommodated on the support platform with the at least one electronics component to be separated being oriented at a component separation section, the support platform and the at least one ejector needle are displaced with respect from each other, causing the ejector needle to move through the corresponding through opening and against the flexible, adhesive film, thereby elevating the electronics component to be separated at a separation level above the support platform, and, in a second operation conditional condition, the component pick up unit is positioned at a pick up level above the elevated electronics component to be separated without contacting the elevated electronics component.[French]
La présente divulgation concerne le domaine de la manipulation de composants électroniques, en particulier la séparation d'un composant électronique individuel d'un film adhésif flexible positionné sur une plateforme de support en utilisant une aiguille d'éjecteur et d'une unité de préhension de composant. Une unité de commande actionne au moins l'unité de préhension de composant et ladite aiguille d'éjecteur, de sorte que, dans une première condition opérationnelle dans laquelle le film adhésif flexible reçu sur la plateforme de support avec ledit composant électronique à séparer est orienté au niveau d'une section de séparation de composant, la plateforme de support et ladite aiguille d'éjecteur sont déplacées l'une par rapport à l'autre, ce qui fait sortir l'aiguille d'éjecteur par l'ouverture traversante correspondante et contre le film adhésif flexible, élevant ainsi le composant électronique à séparer à un niveau de séparation au-dessus de la plateforme de support, et, dans une seconde condition conditionnelle de fonctionnement, l'unité de préhension de composant est positionnée à un niveau de préhension au-dessus du composant électronique élevé à séparer sans entrer en contact avec le composant électronique élevé.
