Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Kunststoff-Sandwichplatte (1), die eine Kernschicht (2) und zwei an beiden Seiten der Kernschicht (2) angeordneten Deckschichten (3, 3´) aus einem Deckschicht-Polymermaterial umfasst, wobei die Kernschicht (2) aus einem geschäumten Kernschicht-Polymermaterial gebildet ist, das Kernschicht-Polymermaterial und das Deckschicht-Polymermaterial jeweils aus einem Polyestermaterial gebildet sind und mindestens 80 Gew.-% derselben Grundpolymertype umfassen. Darüber hinaus betrifft die vorliegende Erfindung ein Verfahren zur Herstellung einer derartigen Kunststoff-Sandwichplatte (1), wobei die beiden Deckschichten (3, 3´) jeweils mit einer Seite der Kernschicht (2) thermisch, vorzugsweise unter Verwendung einer Doppelband-Presse, verbun- den werden.[English]
The present invention relates to a plastics sandwich panel (1) which comprises a core layer (2) and two outer layers (3, 3’) of an outer-layer polymer material arranged on both sides of the core layer (2), wherein the core layer (2) is formed from a foamed core-layer polymer material and the core-layer polymer material and the outer-layer polymer material are each formed from a polyester material and comprise at least 80% by weight of the same base polymer type. La présente invention concerne un panneau sandwich en plastique (1) qui comprend une couche centrale (2) et deux couches externes (3, 3') d'un matériau polymère de couche externe disposées des deux côtés de la couche centrale (2), la couche centrale (2) étant formée à partir d'un matériau polymère de couche centrale expansée et le matériau polymère de couche centrale et le matériau polymère de couche externe étant chacun formés à partir d'un matériau polyester et comprenant au moins 80 % en poids du même type de polymère de base. La présente invention concerne également un procédé de production d'un tel panneau sandwich en plastique (1), les deux couches externes (3, 3') étant chacune reliées thermiquement à un côté de la couche centrale (2), de préférence à l'aide d'une presse à double courroie.
