Abstract[English]
The present invention relates to a sandwich panel comprising an upper top layer (UTL) comprising a polyarylene ether sulfone polymer and a fiber reinforcement, a foam core layer (FCL) comprising a polyarylene ether sulfone polymer, and a lower top layer (LTL) comprising a polyarylene ether sulfone polymer and a fiber reinforcement, wherein the upper top layer (UTL) is joined with the foam core layer (FCL) via a first film (F1) comprising a blend of a polyarylene ether sulfone polymer and a further polymer, and wherein the lower top layer (LTL) is joined with the foam core layer (FCL) via a second film (F2) comprising a blend of a polyarylene ether sulfone polymer and a further polymer. Another aspect of the present invention is a process for the production of the sandwich panel and the use of the sandwich panel as construction parts for aviation industry, and for the construction of rotor blades for wind turbines. Yet another aspect of the present invention is a process for the re-use of the sandwich panel.[French]
La présente invention concerne un panneau sandwich comprenant une couche superficielle supérieure (UTL, « upper top layer ») comprenant un polymère de polyarylène éther sulfone et un renfort fibreux, une couche centrale en mousse (FCL, « foam core layer ») comprenant un polymère de polyarylène éther sulfone, ainsi qu' une couche superficielle inférieure (LTL, « lower top layer ») comprenant un polymère de polyarylène éther sulfone et un renfort fibreux, la couche superficielle supérieure (UTL) étant jointe à la couche centrale en mousse (FCL) par l'intermédiaire d'un premier film (F1) comprenant un mélange d'un polymère de polyarylène éther sulfone et d'un autre polymère et la couche superficielle inférieure (LTL) étant jointe à la couche centrale en mousse (FCL) par l'intermédiaire d'un second film (F2) comprenant un mélange d'un polymère de polyarylène éther sulfone et d'un autre polymère. Un autre aspect de la présente invention concerne un procédé de production du panneau sandwich et l'utilisation du panneau sandwich en tant que pièces de construction pour l'industrie aéronautique et pour la construction de pales de rotor pour éoliennes. Encore un autre aspect de la présente invention concerne un procédé de réutilisation du panneau sandwich.
