Abstract[English]
The invention relates to an infusion element for infusing a substance into a body of a person, comprising: - a housing that is suitable for being attached to the skin of said person, - an infusion means for infusing the substance into the body of said person, said infusion means being arranged on and/or protruding from the first surface of the housing; - at least one sensor for sensing a characteristic of the person, said sensor being arranged on and/or protruding from the first surface of the housing; wherein in use of the infusion element the infusion means is arranged for infusing said substance at a first depth and said sensor is arranged for sensing the characteristic at a second, different depth. The invention also relates to a system for regulating the concentration of glucose in the blood of a person comprising such an infusion element.[French]
L'invention concerne un élément de perfusion pour perfuser une substance dans un corps d'une personne, comprenant : - un boîtier qui est approprié pour être fixé à la peau de ladite personne, - un moyen de perfusion pour infuser la substance dans le corps de ladite personne, ledit moyen de perfusion étant disposé sur la première surface du boîtier et/ou faisant saillie à partir de celle-ci ; - au moins un capteur pour détecter une caractéristique de la personne, ledit capteur étant disposé sur et/ou faisant saillie à partir de la première surface du boîtier ; lors de l'utilisation de l'élément de perfusion, le moyen de perfusion étant agencé pour perfuser ladite substance à une première profondeur et ledit capteur étant agencé pour détecter la caractéristique à une seconde profondeur différente. L'invention concerne également un système de régulation de la concentration de glucose dans le sang d'une personne comprenant un tel élément de perfusion.
