The invention relates to methods for the isolation of chitin from arthropod or fungal biomaterial, the method comprising the steps of combining the biomaterial an alcohol or with a mixture of water and an alcohol, incubating the biomaterial to a temperature above 150 °C, and isolating the solid fraction comprising chitin.[French]
L'invention concerne des procédés d'isolement de chitine à partir de biomatériau fongique ou d'arthropode, le procédé comprenant les étapes de combinaison du biomatériau avec un alcool ou un mélange d'eau et d'un alcool, d'incubation du biomatériau à une température supérieure à 150 °C, et d'isolement de la fraction solide comprenant de la chitine.
