Abstract[English]
The present invention is concerned with processes for the preparation of gypsum articles and in particular gypsum wallboards, which are prepared from a slurry of calcium sulfate hemihydrate, water and optionally further additives, wherein the in the process the amount of curing retarders, which are added to the gypsum slurry is limited to 0.006 wt.-% or less relative to the weight of calcium sulfate hemihydrate and wherein the calcium sulfate dihydrate accelerator is added as a liquid composition to the calcium sulfate hemihydrate such that the accelerator is exposed to a maximum ratio of water to dry components of 1 to 1.5. The prevention of contact on the accelerator with larger amounts of water avoids loss of activity thereof due to ageing, and thus allows for a reduction of the amount thereof and/or process water. The present application is further directed at processes and apparatuses for the preparation of gypsum wallboards, wherein corresponding gypsum slurries are applied between two cover sheets and a use, where a specific accelerator is used for the preparation of gypsum wallboard with a low level of curing retarders to thereby provide improved nail pull resistance.[French]
La présente invention concerne des procédés de préparation d'articles en plâtre et en particulier de plaques de plâtre qui sont préparées à partir d'une pâte de sulfate de calcium hémihydraté, d'eau et éventuellement d'autres additifs où, dans le procédé, la quantité de retardateurs de durcissement, qui sont ajoutés à la pâte de plâtre, est limitée à 0,006 % en poids ou moins par rapport au poids de sulfate de calcium hémihydraté et l'accélérateur de sulfate de calcium dihydraté est ajouté en tant que composition liquide au sulfate de calcium hémihydraté de telle sorte que l'accélérateur est exposé à un rapport maximal d'eau sur composants secs de 1 à 1,5.
