Abstract[English]
The present application is concerned with a process for the production of moistened stucco-fiber mat where the fibers are pre-treated with moisture and the thus treated fibers are subsequently mixed with calcium sulfate hemi-hydrate, the resulting mixture is deposited on a substrate, and treated with water from above with suction from below. The present application is further concerned with gypsum fiber boards having a thickness of at least 19 mm, where the boards are prepared by providing a moistened stucco-fiber mat as noted above and subsequently forming the mat to a board and drying. By performing the treatment of the fibers separately (in the absence of calcium sulfate hemi-hydrate), the wettability of a mixture of the fibers with calcium sulfate hemi-hydrate, is favorably influenced, which allows for a stable productions process of respective fiber boards. The present invention is further concerned with an apparatus for the implementation of a respective gypsum board production process and the use of water saturated paper fibers, which have been prepared in the absence of calcium sulfate hemi- hydrate, in the production of stucco-fiber mats and gypsum fiber broads with a thickness of at least 19 mm, for improving the wettability and/or suction behavior of a mixture of calcium sulfate hemi-hydrate and the fibers.[French]
La présente invention concerne un procédé de production de mat de fibres stuc humidifié dans lequel les fibres sont prétraitées à l'humidité et les fibres ainsi traitées sont ensuite mélangées avec du semi-hydrate de sulfate de calcium, et le mélange résultant est déposé sur un substrat puis traité avec de l'eau fournie par le dessus et aspirée par le dessous. La présente invention concerne en outre des panneaux de fibres de gypse ayant une épaisseur d'au moins 19 mm, les panneaux étant préparés par l'utilisation d'un mat de fibres de stuc humidifié tel que mentionné ci-dessus qui est ensuite formé en un panneau et séché. Le traitement séparé des fibres (effectué en l'absence de semi-hydrate de sulfate de calcium) permet d'influencer favorablement la mouillabilité d'un mélange constitué des fibres et de semi-hydrate de sulfate de calcium, ce qui permet d'obtenir un processus de production stable des panneaux de fibres respectifs. La présente invention concerne en outre un appareil destiné à mettre en œuvre un procédé de production de panneau de gypse respectif ainsi que l'utilisation de fibres de papier saturées en eau qui ont été préparées en l'absence de semi-hydrate de sulfate de calcium dans la production de mats de fibres de stuc et de panneaux de fibres de gypse ayant une épaisseur d'au moins 19 mm pour améliorer la mouillabilité et/ou le comportement d'aspiration d'un mélange constitué de semi-hydrate de sulfate de calcium et des fibres.
