Die vorliegende Erfindung ist auf eines Katalysatorkörper in Form einen Substratmonolithen und eine Vorrichtung zur insbesondere adiabatischen Reformierung von Kohlenwasserstoffen, insbesondere Methan aus Erdgas gerichtet. Dieser besitzt Edelmetalle und ein Trägeroxid für die Edelmetalle. Gleichfalls beansprucht werden ein Verfahren zu dessen Herstellung und dessen Verwendung zur Herstellung von Wasserstoff. Die Edelmetalle sind ausgewählt aus Platin, Palladium und Rhodium und das molare Verhältnis M1/M2 am Eingangsbereich des Substratmonolithen ist höher als am anderen Ende, wobei M1 gleich Pt und/oder Pd und M2 gleich Rh ist.[English]
The present invention is directed to a catalyst body in the form of a substrate monolith and to an apparatus for reforming, especially in an adiabatic manner, of hydrocarbons, especially methane from natural gas. Said catalyst body has precious metals and a support oxide for the precious metals. Likewise claimed are a process for production thereof and the use thereof for production of hydrogen. The precious metals are selected from platinum, palladium and rhodium, and the molar M1/M2 ratio in the inlet region of the substrate monolith is higher than at the other end, where M1 is Pt and/or Pd and M2 is Rh.[French]
La présente invention concerne un corps de catalyseur sous la forme d'un monolithe de substrat et un appareil de reformage, en particulier de manière adiabatique, d'hydrocarbures, en particulier du méthane à partir de gaz naturel. Ledit corps de catalyseur comporte des métaux précieux et un oxyde de support pour les métaux précieux. L'invention concerne également leur procédé de production et leur utilisation pour la production d'hydrogène. Les métaux précieux sont choisis parmi le platine, le palladium et le rhodium, et le rapport molaire M1/M2 dans la région d'entrée du monolithe de substrat est supérieur à celui à l'autre extrémité, M1 étant du Pt et/ou du Pd et M2 étant du Rh.
