The invention relates to a frame-like holding plate (1, 1.1) for an electrolysis cell with a rectangular opening (2) which is bordered on two opposite sides by plates (3) inserted into the holding plate (1, 1.1), in which the inserted plates (3) form media ports (4) and in-plane media channels (5) and they have a greater rigidity than the holding plate (1). The invention further relates to an electrolysis cell and an electrolysis cell stack.[French]
