Abstract[English]
The invention relates to the field of sustainable agriculture, more particularly to means and methods to protect crops against cold and chilling stress. The application provides three novel Flavobacterium strains that upon administration to plants, protect the plants against growth retardation induced by low temperatures.[French]
L'invention concerne le domaine de l'agriculture durable, plus particulièrement des moyens et des procédés pour protéger les cultures contre les contraintes de froid et de refroidissement. L'application fournit trois nouvelles souches de Flavobacterium qui, lors de l'administration à des plantes, protègent les plantes contre le retard de croissance induit par de basses températures.
