Abstract[English]
A lumbar adjuster for use in a vehicle seat and including a wire frame, a lumbar mat, an adjustment mechanism, and an arbor. The wire frame configured to be fixed to a backrest and including a first lateral portion, a second lateral portion and a transverse portion extending therebetween. The lumbar mat configured to face towards a backrest cushion when the lumbar adjuster is assembled to the vehicle seat. The adjustment mechanism connected to and configured to move along the first and second lateral portions and including a lever arm and a gear train operatively connected to and operable to articulate the lever arm to move a portion of the lumbar mat towards and away from the backrest cushion. The arbor connected to the transverse portion of the wire frame and the adjustment mechanism to fix the adjustment mechanism relative to the transverse portion.[French]
Un dispositif de réglage de support lombaire destiné à être utilisé dans un siège de véhicule et comprenant un cadre à fils, un tapis de support lombaire, un mécanisme de réglage et un arbre. Le cadre à fils étant conçu pour être fixé à un dossier et comprenant une première partie latérale, une seconde partie latérale et une partie transversale s'étendant entre ces dernières. Le tapis de support lombaire étant conçu pour faire face à un coussin de dossier lorsque le dispositif de réglage de support lombaire est assemblé au siège de véhicule. Le mécanisme de réglage est relié aux première et seconde parties latérales et conçu pour se déplacer le long de ces dernières et comprend un bras de levier et un train d'engrenages fonctionnellement reliés au bras de levier et peut fonctionner pour articuler ce dernier pour déplacer une partie du tapis de support lombaire vers le coussin de dossier et à l'opposé de ce dernier. L'arbre étant relié à la partie transversale du cadre à fils et au mécanisme de réglage pour fixer le mécanisme de réglage par rapport à la partie transversale.
